Authors retain 100% ownership of all intellectual property produced through THE MAGBOOK's services. Full IP assignment is confirmed in writing at project completion. THE MAGBOOK makes no claim to authorship, royalties, or rights in any client work.
THE MAGBOOK maintains strict confidentiality on all client projects, including the existence of ghostwriting arrangements. NDAs are standard for all ghostwriting engagements.
